I ordered a gift basket to present to my mum during her 50th birthday. I wanted a well-crafted hand-made basket. For this reason, I was so specific on the design and color but this company disappointed me. First, I made the order early enough to allow time for processing and shipment. Despite all this, it was delayed and arrived a few days after the birthday party. In addition, the color, size, and design were nothing close to my request. This added to my frustrations. I wondered if I would get help if they could not be keen on the details. To avoid this, I gave out the gift basket to someone else.
