When I was making my first purchase from world pet express, I had some doubts after reading some reviews. I was really disappointed, their services are very poor, they replied slowly when I contacted them compared to other companies. In other words, all I can say is world pet express is the worst pet site ever. It’s now 10 days and I haven’t received my order and I have been trying to get my money back but they’ve not responded to my emails. Not recommended at all. Stay away from horrible and unreliable companies to save yourself a lot of hassle and loss.
