I contacted Wren company to place an order for a stylish shirt. I was impressed by their customer service and also by their professionalism. The email they sent me showed that there was a person who wrote it and not a computer. My order is still not here and I'm wondering if they are taking a trick on me because they are running out of business. I need someone to help me with this issue. Even though on the site it is written “If you need an exchange, please check the return policy on the product page. If it says no returns, that includes exchanges. If it says returns are accepted, you can send it back for an exchange (if the size you need is still in stock).” I’m still not so sure if i will be helped with the customer care!
