Deluxe disappointed us. We had placed an order of printed carrier bags for our customers, but never got what we expected. I contacted customer service, enquired, and placed my order. The process was successful to this point. I waited eagerly for the bags to arrive but instead, frustrations started. After the said period, shipping period, I did not get the bags. I enquired about the delay and they became very unfriendly. They did not want to take responsibility for the delays. A week later the goods arrived. This time it was the quality. It was poor and not worth the money and time spent. Due to the responses I had gotten previously, I decided not to call and never to buy from them again.
