Many reviewers report repeated or unexpected charges and auto-renewals tied to their accounts. Several mention charges on old cards, yearly debits that kept recurring, and trouble cancelling. A few say support or their bank processed refunds quickly.
Customers often criticize required multi-month or yearly payment plans and unclear billing. Several reviews say a low monthly price was promised but a larger annual fee was charged. A small number mention promotional fixes, such as a free year offered to a longtime member.
Users describe app crashes, website errors, and breakdowns when creating or sharing personalized videos. Some say videos would not download or finished creations could not be shared. For some, these issues wasted time and left projects unfinished.
Comments on card or content quality appear, though less often than billing and usability complaints. Some reviewers describe the cards as poor or disappointing. Others point to detailed customization and high-quality personalized videos.
Support communication gets mixed reactions. Some reviewers name agents who checked billing issues, settled disputes, or issued refunds. Others report no response to support requests and problems that stayed unresolved.
Reviews split between users stuck with billing disputes and technical failures and those who got effective support and enjoyed the customization. That gap shows up as both very low ratings and a few high ones. Billing clarity and platform reliability drive most negative impressions.

I was trying to find a way to make my daughter's birthday special. She loves dancing, and so I tried to find a dancing card. I found JibJab and it was just what I wanted. The music video was customized to suit her needs and I really loved the outcome. She also loved the ecard. The amount of customization given to the e-card was amazing. The company was very nice and helped me out with my order. I had to make some edits and the customer service rep did a great job getting back to me quickly. Very happy that it all went down as wished and they made the birthday one of a kind.
