I have done a bunch of DNA tests successfully, but not this time…. 7 months after submitting my test samples with no results still. Even though I followed all the instructions to the tee, now I have been chasing the company for seven months and they still claim that they are working on it. Sometimes the version changes to “it’s almost ready”. So far, I have given up and decided to use a different more reputable company to get results... disappointing. Don't buy this test. Total waste of time and money. I wish I had checked out the legitimacy of this company and reviews before purchasing. Rip off!!
