You are not limited to local events only. They have alerts so you donโt miss out on any shows or deals that interest you. They help you find the seats that are best for you and your price range which is always a great feature. I'm grateful for how they handle customer concerns. For instance, in my last purchase, I received three error messages in an attempt to purchase tickets and their representative contacted me the next day informing me that they were refunding my money for the three transactions for which I received the error message. This was the right thing to do and I'm grateful for their decision. The service itself was good and fast, notifications were just in time and I also got the ticket within 7 days after the purchase. I didn't have any problems with them and I can recommend them 100 times.
