Product quality was great but delivery and service caused frustration.
“I was pissed off by the manner it was delivered.”
Review data for VirtualRun is limited and skewed: most submitted ratings are low, but only one review provides detailed commentary. That detailed review praises product quality (comfortable shirt, high-quality print) while describing delivery and communication issues. Consumers should weigh product praise against repeated low ratings and verify shipping, tracking, and return policies before purchase. For clarity, check order tracking and documented support channels and consider contacting customer service about delivery guarantees prior to ordering.

My friends and I are all big fans of wine, so when I saw this shirt, I knew I had to have it! The shirt is really comfortable and the print is high quality. I've received a lot of compliments on it. However, I was pissed off by the manner it was delivered. I got a notification that it had been delivered, but when I went to pick it up at the Post Office, they said they couldn't find any package. I had to go back and forth for almost two weeks with the company until they accepted to not have sent it but they were so quick to do that. Despite that, I would still recommend this shirt- the quality is great and it's a lot of fun to wear!
