I bought a light fixture from 1800lighting.com and it took 3 weeks to get them shipped out, and when they finally arrived, they were broken. I sent an email to 1800lighting asking for a return label, which they said would be emailed to me in 24 hours. Three weeks later I still heard nothing from them so I emailed them again, and after waiting another week I finally received a response back from them saying that they would send me a new fixture and that I should expect it in about 2 weeks. I am now stuck with dead light fixtures, all because of 1800lighting. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had! BUYER BEWARE!!
