Several reviews describe customer service arranging quick replacements and refunds. Others report missed deliveries, orders cancelled over alleged fraud, and uneven response times from support. Complaints about delivery speed come up often, alongside both smooth fixes and failed recovery attempts.
Many reviewers point to the large selection, competitive prices, and workmanship as reasons they recommended the site or came back. Positive comments often connect affordable framing and materials with strong value overall. A few reviews single out customer-paid return shipping as a frustrating billing experience.
Users frequently say the site is easy to navigate and that ordering is simple. Many reviewers note they found the prints they wanted quickly and appreciated discounts or clear product displays. A small number mention login problems or past orders missing from their accounts.
Many reviews praise sharp prints, vivid color, careful wrapping, and items that match what was shown. Just as many describe prints arriving damaged, creased, off-center, or too dark, along with broken glass and weak packaging that left the product unusable. Some customers also mention gaps in frame assembly or inconsistent aspect-ratio handling on stretched canvases.
Some customers report smooth interactions, including live-chat replacements, approved refunds, and prompt follow-up. Many others say emails went unanswered, first responses were slow, or the chatbot didnโt help. Communication breakdowns often go with unresolved damage or return problems.
Reviews split sharply: many five-star posts about the art, packaging, and service sit alongside one-star accounts of damaged items and support that doesnโt respond. Outcomes often hinge on whether the order arrives intact and how quickly support steps in. Repeat buyers often point to earlier good workmanship and responsive help as reasons they order again.

I placed an order for 2 prints which were supposed to be birthday presents. After weeks of no updates on the tracking, the company finally tells me they are back-ordered. I waited out the delay and picked different pieces instead. Weeks later they tell me my order is ready to ship. I receive just 1 print months after ordering - my 2nd one was not even made yet!
The quality of the prints were poor, with a small crack in the corner of one and a dirty smudge on the side of another.
I felt I did everything right, waiting out their back-order situation, picking new pieces when they became available, etc. My orders were ready to ship so why didn't they just send me both at the same time? The company clearly had them sitting around, yet they did not put any effort into shipping my order together.
I cancelled the 2nd print and requested a refund for that piece months after ordering originally. My email to the company went completely ignored. After almost 6 weeks of waiting I am still missing 1/2 of what I paid for and am unable to get in contact with the company.
I figure it is time to move on and find somewhere competent to purchase prints from. They were quick to take my money but moving on will likely be difficult due to non-response, lousy craftsmanship, lack of customer service, etc. I guess they are not the only option but at least there are other choices.
Moral of the story: Caveat emptor do not purchase from this company unless you enjoy waiting + bad customer service.
Promised delivery dates were missed and customer missed an event.
“They promise delivery to get the order and then they don't care anymore.”

“Asked Ryan to cancel my order. He said it was cancelled.”
Live chat rep promptly arranged a replacement and delivered it.
“he said he would replace it with a new one.”
