It's really hard to find good customer service nowadays, but Zavvi does not have it! I was so excited to order something off them, but after this experience they will never get my business again. On this last occasion I bought a Lego and I was charged immediately but the item did not arrive. After several weeks of emails, they said it had been sent back to them by the postal service. They then asked me to send them another copy of the invoice - which I did - but they never replied again. They didn't ship the item so I contacted them and that was incredibly difficult. I ended up contacting my bank who refunded me.

A lot of wasted time and energy.
