It's rare that I rate a company poorly, but when I do, it's because they warrant it. The first time I called was to confirm my order. At this point, I wasn't even sure they had my tickets yet. The agent was rude and abrupt, telling me he couldn't transfer me to anyone else and hung up on me. I called back, got someone else and they were equally as rude. Though we finally got our NFL tickets, the hassle was not worth it. They have very poor customer service and nothing about them is admirable. After this experience, I did not want to use them again.
