Reviews & Experiences

Reviewers often single out individual trainers for practical, calming guidance and clear training steps. Several customers say they were charged unexpectedly or more than once and requested refunds. What reviewers often mention

🎯

Service quality

Many reviews credit trainers with clear, usable instructions and steady reassurance during calls. Several people mention specific trainers and say they helped fix behavior problems. Separately, a group of low ratings focuses on incorrect or repeated charges and requests for refunds.

💰

Value for money

Some customers say the program feels organized and worth the price, pointing to trainer calls and structured lessons. Others report surprise recurring fees, multiple charges, or say it wasn’t worth the money. A few reviewers also point to extra costs for physical materials as a drawback.

User experience

Several reviewers describe the site as easy to navigate and like the video modules and step-by-step lessons. Others couldn’t open modules or had to wait for help after submitting tickets. Many find the modules useful, but access problems drive the harshest feedback.

🔧

Product quality

Many comments highlight practical tips, clear demos, and quick housebreaking results for some dogs. A smaller set says the approach didn’t work for certain breeds or didn’t fix potty training. These breed-specific and outcome complaints come up often enough to stand out as a recurring issue.

📞

Communication

Some reviewers describe fast, attentive replies and one-on-one conversations that answered their questions. Others mention too many marketing emails, confusion over time zones for scheduled calls, and little follow-up after the first contact. A few reports describe one-off fixes, like a direct phone callback.

Overall experience

Reviews split sharply: many high ratings praise the trainers and course content, while many low ratings focus on billing and access problems. Positive feedback points to specific improvements in dog behavior. Negative comments mainly cite charges, blocked module access, and weak follow-up.

Thanks, TrainPetDog for the dog training tips you have sent so far....it's been helpful and I really enjoyed it. I even had to copy the email you sent to me to the person helping me take care of Kings. We started to train him to jump on me when I arrive home and it has worked. Also, praising him with just simply saying good has worked great. I'm not sure if that has worked or made a difference for anyone else but it truly did for me. I'd not be fortunate enough to have something like this otherwise. I'll definitely use your techniques to train our new puppy :) Thank you for sharing your knowledge and talents with others. Have a blessed day.
